Solace's Vision:
Considerable progress has been made through those activities. The Community Development programmes are based in Solace’s 50 or more co-operatives of widows and orphans throughout Rwanda. In these associations the widows and orphans work together on income generating projects such as farming, cattle rearing, sewing, soap making, baking and handcrafts.
Many survivors have found salvation and healing, and practical support such as housing, cattle, school fees, wells, seeds, goats, trauma healing camps, land purchase, Rwandan craft
production and integrated community projects have given those people the practical support to develop their futures and release their potential.
Comfort Rwanda has partnered Solace ministries since 1999, building up a relationship of mutual trust, love and partnership.
We have confidence in the integrity, accountability, compassion and passion of Solace Ministries.
