Norfolk woman's tandem skydive plan

Dianna Smith heard of the work of Comfort Rwanda from a church friend who is going on a Comfort Rwanda group visit to Rwanda in July. Her immediate thought was of how she could also be a blessing to the people of Rwanda and a skydive was what she hit upon.
